Import Of 2nd hand Macgregor 26m sailboat into the Philippines?

I want to buy a 2nd hand yacht, from the USA and import it to the Philippines. Can anyone advise me of PI taxes and laws ? How much tax would i pay for parts imported in ? I am currently in the UK and would do most of the work via the internet.
